The groups/classes are very informative, this is where you will learn the tools u need to live a sober lifestyle, you will also be shown how to apply these tools in real life. They offer weekend activities like hiking, bowling, Top Golf, and more. I not only learned how to live life sober, I had a blast, and I also made some lifelong friendships. I can't forget to mention the beautiful home where they house you during treatment, it has breathtaking views of the mountains and has several amenities like hiking trails, a home gym, a pool table, and a ping pong table...
