What does a typical day look like at Ritual Recovery?

From 9 am-3 pm Monday through Friday, our clients are engaged in intense clinical programming. We have four group therapy sessions during this time, weekly individual therapy, and weekly medical appointments. After clinical programming, clients return to our Sober living campus, where our staff take them to recovery meetings in the area. Also while at the housing campus, our clients engaged in pickleball, basketball, cooking, reading, journaling, cornhole, bonfires, and hiking!

What types of activities are offered?

We offer off campus hikes to beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes in WNC, yoga, meditation, gellyball, golf, volleyball, museums, and more!

How can loved ones be involved in the treatment process?

Loved ones are involved in the treatment process from the very beginning. Addiction is a family disease, and we encourage family involvement. Our clinicians reach out to families with weekly updates as well as offering in person and virtual family sessions for our clients and families to engage in together.

What happens after 30 days of treatment?

Recovery is a lifelong journey. After someone completes our 30 day program, we encourage them to attend our outpatient program for continued support and a better chance at success. We help them to secure housing prior to leaving our program so that they are able to continue with treatment. We also provide them with the resources to set up therapy appointments and doctors appointments outside of treatment, so that they may continue the journey they start with us!
